All papers that meet the final submission criteria will be promptly published in:

Vol. 2 No. 1 (2025): Proceeding of the Excellent Campus and Technology Conference

To ensure your article is included in this volume, all Article Holders (Authors of Accepted Papers) are required to complete the final paper submission as soon as possible.

  • Deadline: Please adhere to the previously communicated deadline (if one was provided) or submit immediately.

  • Crucial Step: Your paper must strictly adhere to all publication criteria, including formatting, plagiarism checks, and required revisions.

 

✅ Criteria for Publication

 

Only papers that fulfill the following mandatory criteria will be moved forward for immediate publication:

  1. Final Revision Completion: All mandatory revisions requested by the reviewers must be fully addressed and implemented.

  2. Formatting Compliance: The paper must strictly follow the specified journal/proceeding template and guidelines.

  3. Administrative Compliance: All required administrative documents (e.g., Copyright Transfer Agreement/Statement of Originality) must be completed and submitted.

  4. Payment/Registration: Confirmation of the required publication/registration fee must be received (if applicable).

Failure to meet all criteria will result in the paper being deferred to a later volume.
