This study aims to address global challenges in numerical literacy and 21st-century competencies (4Cs) among high school students, particularly related to conceptual difficulties in abstract materials such as Limits of Algebraic Functions and low student self-efficacy. The Independent Curriculum demands contextual and project-oriented learning methods. This study developed a digital media Pizza Potato Chips-MCA that combines Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Pasuruan Ethnomathematics. Using a Research & Development approach, the study involved needs analysis in six high schools in Pasuruan, media development, and effectiveness testing through a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. This media was validated as "Very Feasible" (score >4.50) and significantly effective, marked by an increase in critical thinking scores from 56.7 to 81.3 and an increase in self-efficacy. Conclusion: This media provides an effective pedagogical solution in bridging mathematical abstraction, strengthening 4C competencies, and building student confidence according to the Independent Curriculum.
