Abstract

Motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction are crucial factors that influence employee performance, especially in the context of dynamic business competition. This study raises the urgency to evaluate the direct and indirect contributions of these three factors to employee performance, by highlighting the mediating role of organizational commitment at PT. Indolakto, Pandaan. It was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey technique using a questionnaire, and data analysis through Partial Least Square (PLS). The results confirm that motivation and discipline not only have a direct impact, but also through organizational commitment as important bridge in improving work performance. Job satisfaction is also proven to have a significant influence through organizational commitment on employee performance. These findings emphasize the need for a holistic human resource management strategy, which not only improves motivation and satisfaction but also strengthens work discipline and organizational commitment to achieve sustainable and modest performance improvements.
